In the beautiful city of Tela, we facilitated meetings with Tigo Directors around Culture, Team Consolidation and Strategic Goals, followed by a dynamic session with 2 Down from CEO about Customer Experience and Journeys and the identification of critical steps towards realization of Tigo Strategic Plan in the country.

We also took time for a top in Tegucigalpa for a workshop with the Human Resources Team around HR roles and competences supporting a change management process.
